Come enjoy this beautiful ranch home in the Rocking K Estates private neighborhood! Located on a hilltop on the east side of Tucson, overlooking the exquisite Rincon Valley Mountains. Enjoy the Sonoran Desert sunrises and sunsets. Just 5 minutes to Saguaro National Park East, 10 minutes to several hiking, biking and equine trails. Enjoy horseback riding at Rocking K Ranch or go spelunking at Colossal Cave Park. Enjoy the Heirloom Farmers Market just minutes from the house every Saturday.
I am a Tucson native with a love for the Southwest! Chris and I are raising our 2 daughters enjoying the beautiful mostly year round Tucson weather with two horses and three dogs. From outdoor adventures to eating our way through the City of Gastronomy, Tucson has a lot of hidden gems! We treasure the Rincon Valley and hope you enjoy as much as we do! We are always available to ensure an enjoyable stay! We live close by and we are happy to interact as much or as little as you like!
Rocking K Ranch Estates is a quiet unique neighborhood located in Vail, AZ. The local area features the Houghton Road Corridor for shopping opportunities, miles of hiking trails for outdoor adventures, Colossal Cave and the Del Lago Golf Club. Plus, a location along the I-10 makes for a quick commute into Tucson. The house has plenty of parking for guests. The neighborhood has paved roads until you reach Wentworth Road where it transitions to a well maintained dirt road easy for any style vehicle to access. The speed limit is 10 mph on the dirt road- please keep it slow! Short dirt road drive to really bring you into the spirit of the Southwest!
