Our 6 bedroom, 4 bathroom home is perfect for large families. There are 3 Cal-king master bedrooms, one queen, and two children's rooms with full over full bunk beds. 1 Cal-king master and 1 children's room have a shared hallway bathroom on the main floor. The queen bedroom and the other children's bedroom share an upstairs hallway bathroom. The remaining two Cal-king masters are ensuites and are located upstairs. All bedrooms have 43' LCD TVs. An open-concept kitchen, family room, and dining area are perfect for enjoying each other's company. The kitchen has custom paneled cabinetry, granite countertops with full travertine backsplash, and stainless appliances: stove/oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, and dishwasher. The dining room has plenty of seating with two dining tables, and an oversized sectional couch has a queen sleeper sofa. Bathrooms are upgraded with travertine floors, granite countertops, and custom white antique and cherry wood inked cabinets. In addition, the walk-in showers are upgraded with custom-designed travertine and marble inlays. Scraped laminate wood flooring throughout the downstairs and upgraded carpet throughout the upstairs. The home has high-speed wifi and central heating and air. The garage has a Billards table, a Stiga ping pong, and a washer and dryer. Rear yard has in-ground pool & Jacuzzi with a child safety fence. There is outdoor natural gas BBQ & dining located on our patio. This house sleeps 15 in beds, and the Maximum Occupancy is 15 at any time (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors) Max. Vehicles 3. No RVs, Trailers, or Commercial Vehicles. Min. Stay 3 Nights No Outside Music of Any Kind per Anaheim Code No Outside noise between 10 pm and 9 am per city code. You must be inside during this time. These houses are for overnight sleeping purposes ONLY. You CAN NOT rent these houses for ANY gathering or event. Homes are protected with outdoor security cameras. There are NO inside cameras.
