The remaining rooms are a queen bed and a children's room with full over full bunk beds. These rooms share a hallway bathroom. All the rooms have 46+ TVs. Spacious living room with a queen pull-out. The open-concept kitchen and dining room with plenty of seating for all. There is a pack 'n play, a single stroller, a double stroller, a highchair & booster seat for your infants and toddlers. The game room has a STIGA ping pong table and cubbies with toys and games. The family room has a 60′ TV, DVD player, and cable with Disney Channel & Time Warner's top 200+ channels. Hi-Speed wireless internet is included. Relax in our new sparkling pool and in-ground jacuzzi in the rear yard. There is also a natural gas BBQ, patio dining set, and additional chairs. This house SLEEPS 10 in Beds, and the MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 10 AT ANY TIME (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors). Maximum Vehicles 2 in our driveway ONLY - NO Street Parking. No RVs, Trailers, or Commercial Vehicles. Minimum Stay 3 Nights No Outside Music of Any Kind No Outside noise between 10 pm and 9 am per city code. You must be inside during this time. Pricing includes a mandatory pool/jacuzzi fee. The pool is heated to 82, and Jacuzzi to 102 *All Major credit cards and checks are accepted. No cancellation refunds within 60 days of arrival. We recommend you purchase travel insurance.
