Visit our gorgeous five bedrooms, three-bathroom home that is designer decorated and completely remodeled from the inside out! The home is two stories. There are four Cal-King master bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom. The three upstairs cal-king masters share a hallway bathroom. The remaining bedroom is a queen bed on the main floor with access to the downstairs hallway bathroom. All bedrooms have 47'' LCD TVs. The bathrooms are all upgraded with tile floors and quartz countertops. Beautiful hardwood floors run throughout the home. Spacious open-concept main living room. Beautifully upgraded kitchen with stainless steel appliances: stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. There is plenty of seating at the custom dining room table, with additional seating in the kitchen nook. There is also a separate family room so kids and parents can have their own space. Main Living Room has a 60' TV w/DVD player and basic cable. Hi-Speed Wireless Internet. A full-size washer and dryer are in the home. In addition, the house has Central Air & Heat. The couches have pullout mattresses. The home has patio seating with a grill to enjoy the outdoors. Pricing includes a mandatory pool fee, pool heated to 82 This house SLEEPS 12 in Beds and the MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 12 AT ANY TIME (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors). Maximum Vehicles 3. No RVs, Trailers, or Commercial Vehicles. 3 Night Minimum Rental No Outside Music of Any Kind No Outside noise between 10 pm and 9 am per city code. You must be inside during this time. These houses are for overnight sleeping purposes ONLY. You CAN NOT rent these houses for ANY type of gathering or event.
