The master bedroom features a king-sized bed and a newly renovated on-suite. The remaining two bedrooms feature a queen-sized bed and a full over full bunk bed. These two bedrooms share the hallway bathroom featuring a shower/tub combo. The open-concept main room features an updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances (fridge, oven, dishwasher, etc.), granite countertops, and a living room with plenty of seating. The sofa pulls out to provide additional beds. Full-size washer and dryer. Unwind in the private backyard that features an updated in-ground pool and jacuzzi. There is also a game room that features a ping-pong table. Strollers, high chairs, pack n' play, and booster seats for your infants and toddlers use. Every room has a 47'+ LCD TV with basic cable. The home has central air & heat. Wifi in the house. This house SLEEPS 8 in Beds and the MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 12 AT ANY TIME (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors). Minimum Stay 3 Nights Maximum Cars 3 in our driveway No RVs, Trailers, or Commercial Vehicles. No Outside Music of Any Kind No Outside noise between 10 pm and 9 am per city code. You must be inside during this time. Pricing includes a mandatory pool/jacuzzi fee. The pool is heated to 82, and Jacuzzi to 102 All major credit cards are accepted. No cancellation refunds within 60 days of arrival. We recommend you purchase travel insurance. All homes are cleaned per CDC guidelines and fogged with a hospital-grade Cleaner. EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY These houses are for overnight sleeping purposes ONLY. You CAN NOT rent these houses for ANY type of gathering or event. Homes are protected with Outdoor Security Cameras. There are NO inside cameras. All rentals booked within 2 weeks of arrival: Extra screening/background checks and proof of payment are required.
