The pool is heated to 82 This house SLEEPS 12 in Beds and the MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 12 AT ANY TIME (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors). Maximum Vehicles 3. No RVs, Trailers, or Commercial Vehicles. 3 Night Minimum Rental No Outside Music of Any Kind  No Outside noise between 10 pm and 9 am per city code. You must be inside during this time. These houses are for overnight sleeping purposes ONLY. You CAN NOT rent these houses for ANY type of gathering or event. Homes are protected with Outdoor Security Cameras.
