There are NO inside cameras. All rentals booked within 2 weeks of arrival: Extra screening/background checks and proof of payment are required. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation that is; suspicious of fraudulent behavior, determined to be made under any false pretenses, or for any purposes that would violate city/state or federal law. We also reserve the right to cancel the reservation(s) of ANY booking with technical error(s) that includes but is not limited to; pricing, website difficulties, or any other issue that may arise in the booking stage of a reservation.

Escape to our beautiful backyard oasis with a heated in-ground rock pool and jacuzzi! The pool has a built-in waterslide that will keep the kids happy for hours. Plenty of space for the whole family to relax and BBQ while the kids play on the playground structure. Our two-story home has five bedrooms and three bathrooms. There are three bedrooms upstairs: the cal-king master bedroom with an en-suite (jacuzzi bathtub and shower), and the two remaining bedrooms, a cal-king and full over full bunk bed, share the hallway bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The remaining two bedrooms, both queen size, and full bathroom (shower) are on the main floor. The main floor has a spacious living room, an open-concept family room, and a kitchen. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space for preparing meals. Beautiful tile floors run throughout the home. There is a pack 'n play, strollers, highchair, and booster seat for your infants & toddlers. A full-size washer and dryer are in the home. In addition, the house has Central Air & Heat. The couch has a queen pull-out mattress. Full-size ping pong table & full size pool table in the garage. Pricing includes a mandatory pool/jacuzzi fee. The pool is heated to 82, and Jacuzzi to 102 This house SLEEPS 10 in Beds and the MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 10 AT ANY TIME (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors). Maximum Vehicles 3 in our driveway only - NO Street Parking. No RVs, Trailers, or Commercial Vehicles. 3 Night minimum rental No Outside Music of Any Kind No Outside noise between 10 pm and 9 am per city code. All homes are cleaned per CDC guidelines and fogged with a hospital-grade Cleaner.
