This spacious, remodeled two-bedroom apartment is in the great, south Anchorage location of Dimond and Jewel Lake. It's close to tons of shops, a variety of outstanding restaurants, medical facilities, activities, and just about anything you would want is less than a mile away. We have good WIFI, parking, and internet TV. There is laundry on-site. The bedrooms have lots of space in drawers and closets, with comfortable queen-sized beds. There is a bathroom with double vanities upstairs and a half bath downstairs in the common areas. The kitchen includes a microwave, a coffee pot, a toaster, and has a dining area as well as a counter-height bar for seating. We provide lots of extra towels, pillows, and blankets. Approved pets are welcome with a fee.

Neighborhood info

This is an apartment in a four-plex, but it has great curb appeal. All of the other resients are long-term, nice people. This is a well-established family neighborhood, across the street from Dimond High School and Chinook Elementary School. It's a super convenient location, and not far from the Airport. 4.5 miles to the airport/train station.
