The large recreation room downstairs comes with a game table and television that is great for video or board games. The fireplace in the living room and woodstove in the recreation room is great for those cold winter nights. The large pool and main decks give your group plenty of space to spread out and enjoy their time in the Catskills. Deck includes table seating and sun loungers. A gas grill is provided. There is an outdoor firepit in the backyard near the pickleball court. Smallwood is conveniently located in the center of Sullivan County between Monticello and Bethel. You'll feel removed from the city, but still within 20 minutes of groceries and shopping. Just minutes from Bethel Woods Center for the Art--the site of Woodstock 1969. The neighborhood is a mix of 1200 seasonal cottages and year round residents. Hiking, boating, and winter sports are all nearby on the variety of trails and lakes.
