Steps from BEACH! Studio on ground floor with designer touches. This private condo is just steps to the beach. mini-fridge, Microwave, hotplate, coffee maker, toaster. 2 luxurious queen beds in beautiful island decor. Everything you could ask for in the perfect beach vacation rental! heated pool, basketball, playground and hottub! Patio for 2 with lush tropical landscape! Restaurants just steps away and even a tiki bar and live music often! JUST Get away and RELAX!

Neighborhood info

There is a small private beach on the property. Little Harbor beach is accessible at all times, it is part of the Little Harbor resort and located behind the Sunset Grille. The studio itself is not directly on the beach but literally maybe a minutes walk away. For bigger beaches there is Apollo beach 10mins away and St Pete beach 40mins There are two restaurants on property Hooks is right around the corner and is a casual diner/bar setting overlooking the river with great food. Sunset Grille is on the Tampa Bay side with a view of the sunsets and St Petersburg it has great food, a Tiki bar and live entertainment every night. If you want something a little more upscale Circles is a very nice restaurant about 10 minutes down the road in Apollo Beach Uber and Lyft are available but sometimes long waits, i would recommend renting a car if you don't have your own. My cleaners daughter may also be available to give you rides if necessary, please tip her directly
