Occupancy:

Please do not exceed the approved occupancy for the unit.

Quiet Hours:

Resort quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please keep noise, music, TVs, and balcony activity respectful at all times.

Curfew:

Resort curfew is 12:00 AM. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult over 21 after curfew. This is enforced by resort security.

No Smoking or Marijuana:

Smoking is not permitted inside the unit, interior common areas, hallways, balconies, lobbies, indoor water facilities, or inside any fenced pool area. Marijuana is strictly prohibited anywhere on resort property.

No Pets:

Pets are not allowed on resort property. Only registered service animals are permitted and must remain on a leash when outdoors.

Parking:

A valid parking pass must be displayed at all times. Parking is $10 per day, per vehicle. Each unit is limited to 2 overnight vehicles. Vehicles must park only in paved spaces. Boats, trailers, motorcycles, and recreational vehicles may only be parked in approved designated areas when permitted. The resort speed limit is 15 MPH.

Pools and Water Facilities:

Pools, hot tubs, lazy river, and other water facilities are used at your own risk and only during posted hours. Glass is not allowed in pool areas. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Pool furniture cannot be reserved or removed from the pool area. Proper swimwear is required.

Balconies and Grilling:

Do not hang towels, clothing, or other items from balcony railings. Outdoor cooking or grilling is not allowed on balconies or in hallways. Please use the designated grilling areas on resort property.

Trash:

All trash must be placed in secured, heavy-duty plastic bags and taken to the proper trash receptacles on property.

Children:

Parents and chaperones are responsible for the behavior and safety of children at all times.

Resort Conduct:

Please do not feed seagulls or feral cats. Bicycles are not allowed inside the buildings. Skates, skateboards, and roller blades are not permitted on resort grounds.

Violations:

Resort rule violations may result in warnings from security or removal from the resort property. Guests are responsible for any fines, damages, or violations caused by their group.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
