Welcome to The Mad Hatter! Enjoy this chic, urban, 2nd floor studio located steps from the Cape Fear River. In the middle of all downtown has to offer, you can walk everywhere. It's so easy to enjoy the energy of downtown or jump in your car and take a short drive to several of our gorgeous beaches. Our condo features a private rear balcony and stacked washer/dryer in the unit. We have a large kitchen with dishwasher and full-sized appliances, and this studio feels twice its size with 12' ceilings and tons of natural light. There are fantastic restaurants, breweries, taco bars, live music, coffee and wine bars. FREE GARAGE PARKING!

Neighborhood info

Our lively downtown area is by the Cape Fear River. There are plenty of bars, live music, amazing places to eat, juice bars, shopping and tours. There is the Brooklyn Arts District, the Soda Pop District and The Cargo District - all with in walking distance. Our beautiful beach is about a 15 minute car ride away. If you do not have your own car, there are plenty of Uber/Lyfts available. You can bike, scooter, skateboard. There is the free downtown trolley. The bus stops are plentiful around town.
