Enjoy the modern stylings of this downtown Memphis apartment in a classic turn of the century building known as "The YMCA Lofts" just off of the outfield of Autozone Park. - Walk to everything Downtown, Edge and Medical Districts. Majority of tourist attractions. - Enjoy the vintage Downtown Trolley. - Classic famous Memphis cuisine and new-age Southern fusion restaurants galore. The unit is yours!! Access to parking garage as well. The YMCA Gym/Pool is next door, contact them for daily rates.
My wife and I own and manage our two properties. One property in Memphis, TN and one in Cottonwood Heights, UT. I have a large family in Memphis and travel back often. Our home base is in Cottonwood Heights, UT. If you need any advice on local things to do in either location please do not hesitate to reach out. I am always available to our guests whether it be in person or over the phone. We are honored to have you as our guests!
Located just off Autozone Park in the middle of downtown and walking distance to all the action downtown has to offer. Walk to: - Beale Street and Fedex Forum .5 miles - Entrance to Autozone Park .3 miles - Medical District .7 miles - Sun Studio .7 miles - Charlie Vergos Rendezvouz .3 miles - Peabody Hotel .3 miles - Paula & Raiford's Disco .2 miles - National Civil Rights Museum 1 mile - Orpheum Theatre .7 miles - Tom Lee Park (Memphis in May & new Memphis Music Festival) .8 miles - Memphis Chess Club 500 ft (breakfast & coffee) - Boycott Coffee .1 mile (across the street) - Gus's Fried Chicken .9 miles - Memphis Tourism info center .5 miles Downtown is very walkable and there is also a trolley that runs North and South on Main St just two blocks away. We have a parking garage for those bringing cars and there is tons of cheap street parking. If you don't have a car, Uber and Lyft are the best way to get around if leaving downtown as public transportation is not reliable.
