Rental agreement is required for all stays of 28+ days, all direct bookings, all bookings on Vrbo, Homeaway, Expedia, or related subsidiaries or affiliates, and otherwise at our sole discretion. 8. Guests take full responsibility for loss, injury, or damages that occur on the premises and its facilities. 9. Lockouts will result in a 180 USD fee per occurrence. 10.
