This brand new suite is truly in the middle of everything; situated between the Landmark and the War Memorial, a block from the Onondaga Courts, the Hotel Syracuse, across from the Galleries and TCG Player, a block from the Equitable Towers and 2 blocks from the Salt City Market and the Syracuse Post Standard. Other notable destinations include two blocks from the MOST and Armory Square and one mile to Syracuse University. The apartment has granite counters, tiled bathroom, washer & dryer and an office area.
This building was purchased by my grandfather in 1941, we are very fond of it! He mortgaged it in 1947 to build a golf course which we all worked at for many years. So my hobby is golf!
Downtown Syracuse. The most "New York" of the downtown streets, Warren is anchored by Herald Square at the north and the prestigious Hotel Syracuse Marriott at the south. There are great local restaurants all within a few blocks.
