It is the very last unit on the end and adjacent to wooded acreage. There are other short term rentals next-door, and additionally, there are a few long-term full-time residents in the park. Although the beach is on the other side of the highway, the access road is about half mile from the property. There’s a small convenience store within walking distance for the last minute items, or just a soft serve cone Guest have access to the entire home and the surrounding yard adjacent to the home. There is a local cohost that is available for check-in and questions. He’s also on site for the occasional Repair or Assistance. Our fabulous Housekeeper is also available and local. Guests should be aware that the property is located in a small community with other full-time residents and other short term rentals.
