Beautiful upscale property on the Guadalupe River within 9 min walk to the town of Gruene and Gruene Hall, Tx oldest Dance Hall. Bustling river on Gruene rapids in a 2.5 acrea spread. Bbq pits, Smokers, cornhole, horseshoes, picnic tables, SUP boards, kayaks, etc!
Mark has been traveling down to Gruene since college days. He prides himself on quality communication and will make the trip memorable.
Gruene Hall is 9 min walk. Many restaurants like the Gristmill throughout the small town.
