The studio is located on the second floor of a a very clean, well maintained "Art Deco" building from the 1930's, The building is surrounded with surveillance security system 24 hours a day, elevator, hallways with A/C, laundry facility with washers and dryers, (coin operated), all in excellent condition. The location is perfect!, just steps from a beautiful beach in a very safe area. The studio is very private. Equipped with every thing you'll need for a comfortable stay, including a queen bed, seating area, refrigerator, kitchenette, table and two chairs, hair dryer, A/C wall unit, an umbrella, chairs and a cooler for the beach... etc.
My husband Roberto and I , take great pride in trying to make our gets as comfortable as possible. You can get in touch with us thru text messages, emails or phone calls.
This great neighborhood offer plenty of entertaining for families, friends, couples or even singles without sacrificing your wallet. Easy access to public transportation, including a FREE Trolley that will provide you with a unique and reliable transportation alternative from North Beach to South Pointe. We are located only 20 minutes from Miami International Airport, Port of Miami, Coral Gables, Bayside, Downtown Miami, Pequena Habana, Calle Ocho, etc., 15 minutes from South Beach, Aventura Mall, Bal Harbor Shops, Lincoln Road Mall, Miami Beach Golf Club, etc... walk in distance to great restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, stores, banks, bakeries, bars, coffee shops, public tennis courts, recreational parks, etc. . There is no private parking at the property, but there is a lot of public parking around for a fee,
