There may be other guests staying at the property during your stay, and sound may travel between walls, so if you're looking for the utmost privacy, we recommend booking a hotel. We offer a clean, comfortable, and affordable place for travelers to stay located in the middle of the city. There is only free street parking available, and since we're in the city, parking may be challenging to find at times. Be aware and don't be upset. If having a dedicated parking spot is important to you, spend the extra money and book a hotel. The property is cleaned regularly but we ask all guests to keep clean after themselves as we do not staff the property 24/7. Guests who fail to observe the house rules and cleanliness will be banned from staying at any of our properties. The property is self check-in so everything will be handled remotely such as payment, obtaining copy of IDs, and assigning check-in instructions. For that reason, look out for communications from the property and reply to it to expedite the process.

The neighborhood is vibrant with lots of restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, bars, entertainment and more. There's public transportation accessible within walking distance that can connect you to the airport, downtown, and surrounding suburbs. The neighborhood is residential so parking is free on the street, but keep in mind you may not always find a spot available right in front of the property. There are lot of bike and walking trails, and the neighborhood is also known for its Chain of Lakes, a series of 3 lakes that are connected by trails right in the middle of the neighborhood.
