We are an adventurous family of 6 that loves to ski, bike and be outside. We fell in love with Durango the first visit here in 2022 and decided that this was the place for us! We have 2 dogs; Duzen the old retriever/lab mix whom loves to fetch balls & Tito, a chihuahua/mix puppy. There is so much to do here in the San Juan Mountains that we will be exploring the for the rest of our lives!

The Apartments are located on a 10 acre property with Lightner Creek flowing through it. The Apartments are located 10 minutes from Downtown Durango in a beautiful canyon neighborhood area called Lightner Creek. The area is rural, quiet with lots of open space. There are trail heads located right off Lightner Creek Road (207). Quiet country setting surrounded by buttes and mountain views makes this property a unique experience.

The neighborhood is called Lightner Creek Road. It's just a quick 10 minutes to Downtown Durango. We love the peace and quiet of the location and the road is paved to the apartments. The beauty of the sunrise and set every day is an amazing greeting!
