Eagle Peak Guesthouse is in a beautiful area on a two-acre lot surrounded by trees and mountains. It's not uncommon to see bears, moose, and other wildlife during your stay here. A private suite of 600sf n ground level with parking next to the entrance, no steps involved. Entry with dining table connects two rooms plus a full bath and a kitchenette. The main bedroom has a queen-size bed, the second room, living room, has a full-size futon couch & chairs. The house includes heated hardwood and tile floors. Rooms and bath equipped with towels, linens, darkening shades and flatscreens. The kitchenette has a sink, fridge, microwave, electric kettle, coffeepot, dishes, and silverware. Free WiFi.
A former aircraft rebuilder, artist, property manager & builder. I have hiked, biked, floated & flown over Southcentral Alaska for many years. I designed and built this home.
Close enough to town for convenience; Far enough to have a wilderness experience. Eagle River Nature Center with its trails and information is just 2 miles away.
