This single-level home sits one row back from the oceanfront and one block off the Oregon Coast Highway. It's an ideal location, with the Lincoln City Outlets and Devil's Lake State Recreation Area both within half a mile. Begin and end each day outside on the front deck, a wonderful spot to sip your morning coffee, read in the afternoon, and marvel at the sunset in the evening. Inside, the house is open, airy, and beautifully illuminated by large picture windows. After a day spent at the beach, come home to relax by the gas fireplace, stream a movie on the smart TV, and set the six-person dining room table for dinner. The kitchen has every essential, including stainless steel appliances and a prep island with bar stools for two. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 1. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
