Home away from home is what EVOO provides for you. Enjoy all of the property at the OASIS. The swimming hole is amazing. The creek provides the best cool down on these hot summer days. We have 10 acres to explore or a beachy boho vibe house for relaxing. Feel free to have yourself a bonfire in the evening out in the field. We could possibly already have one going and you are welcome to join. We want to create a place that has a variety of stays to offer. Comfort and practicality are the main focus...with a little flare. Nothing extravagant on the inside because we want to promote being outdoors and enjoying all the space at EVOO. The property has the potential for five more accommodations, so we are a very early work in progress. The Horse Barn will have an overnight stay, "The Quarters", in what is now a gutted tack room. The chicken coop will become tiny farmhouse living, known as "Coop DeVille". Above the drive through garage will be a studio apartment that is yet to be named, but it will definitely have a great view. RV hook ups in the back field will be happening soon, but we don't want to clutter the landscape so we will keep it to about 10 sites. Lots to come at EVOO!

Comfortable, clean, and practical. We have a Boho/Beachy feel to the house because we love to travel anywhere tropical. The space is not cluttered with excessive decor or furniture, which makes it easier to have your pets come along. Hosts will be on property maintaining grounds most days. We will be staying at the Big House, located on the other side of the drive through garage. We will let you have your space, but are on property should you need our assistance.

EVOO is all about enjoying the outdoors not only on the property, but surrounding areas as well. State parks close by: Cummins Falls, Burgess Falls, Fall Creek Falls, Window Cliffs, Standing Stone, and Edgar Evans. Two beautiful bodies of water within 20 miles, Center Hill Lake and Dale Hollow Lake. And rivers: Caney Fork, Obey, and Roaring. Kayaking, canoeing, plenty of hiking and fishing, all around when you stay at EVOO. For the softball travelers, we are 8 minutes from Cane Creek Sportsplex. Tennessee Technological University (TTU) is only 10 minutes away. And for our equestrian friends, Hyder Burks Agricultural Pavilion is right down the road. And we have a horse barn with 5 stalls for nightly stays as well. Plenty of outdoor space to accommodate a large group or team if you are traveling together and need some extra practice or just to warm up for the big event. Lots of restaurants close by. Dipsy Doodle and Hwy 70 BBQ are only 1 mile down the road. We are outside the city limits, but close to everything. Shopping, historic Downtown Cookeville, restaurant row, and the old train depot are just minutes from EVOO. Or just enjoy the peaceful vibe at Echo Valley Outdoor Oasis.
