Property info

Our historic territorial style building was built in 1914. Originally known as the Brooks Apartments, it was one of Arizona's first apartment buildings, and served as housing for Bisbee miners and their families. The solid concrete structure with it's expansive wooden verandas was quite modern for it's day. During a time when boarding houses and shared baths were the norm, the Brooks Apartments offered separate entrances and private bathrooms for it's tenants. It's location high on OK Street still offers commanding views of Brewery Gulch and the surrounding Mule Mountains.
