In order to assure customers our availability for a memorable stay, our office hours will run from 9am until 11pm. In addition, customers can reach us through the business phone number/ email will any concerns or questions. The office will be located on 12 Street, at the Wilmington Terrace Units. There, on 12th street, the guests will receive their keys and will make their payment for the stay. Pets are welcome upon request. There is A 20 dollar fee per pet night applied. Guests under 25 must pay a 50 dollar security deposit, per person. This will completely refunded if the place is left clean and there are no damages to the apartment. We accept MasterCard, Visa and Discover cards, money order, cashiers check or cash at the arrival. Please note, guests must bring their own towels, toilet paper, paper towels, and toiletries.

This is the perfect place to stay in Ocean City for all types of groups. My place is close to many local restaurants, bars, and businesses. It is about a 3 minute walk to the beach and/or boardwalk. You'll have all the space you need. My place is good for couples, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups and all others. It's a great place to stay at the beach and is close to everything that you will want to do!

Neighborhood info

The area is very safe, as well as close to the boardwalk and close to the bay There are many restaurants and cafes nearby for your convenience. The neighborhood is very safe, located in between two main avenues, where a lot of stores are located. A minute from the apartments, a local bus stop is located where buses run throughout the day and night in order to transport people around Ocean City.
