The home is in the neighborhood of Deep Ellum on a quiet street with homes and local nonprofits. The location is central to Uptown, Arts District, Downtown, Deep Ellum, and a lot of restaurants, coffee shops, museums, and parks in the area. We're conveniently located a block away from Tom Thumb if you want to pick up groceries. We offer private parking in our carport or in the driveway. We can accommodate up to 2 cars (sedans or small SUVs). There's also plenty of street parking that is just as convenient. We're also a block away from DART which can take you almost anywhere in the city.
