Emerald loft studio with swimming pool is a spacious cozy quiet upstairs unit with a spacious living / sleeping area, full kitchen, resort style bathroom and huge walk in closet. Located in upscale Downtown Phoenix FQ Story neighborhood. Scenic Walk to all Downtown Phoenix attractions. Very close to Convention Center, Mortgage match up, Suns and Diamondback stadium, Arts district Roosevelt row and many outstanding restaurants and bars. Close to lite rail and airport is a few minutes uber drive.
