Unwind in Richmond at this tranquil cottage close to the Children's Hospital, the Diamond District, the Fan, VCU and Downtown. Cottage is on a quiet side street with full kitchen and bath. Convenient to I-95 and I-64 with ample street parking. Fully equipped. Also easy walking distance to the Waldorf School, Veritas School, Union Presbyterian Seminary, and VCU's brand new athletic complex on Hermitage Road.
The cottage is located in Sherwood Park, a neighborhood of older single-family homes close to downtown and VCU. Sherwood Park is a true hidden gem. This neighborhood exudes charm, featuring mostly brick homes nestled along tranquil, tree-lined streets. Adding to its allure are the historic campuses of Union Presbyterian Seminary, the Waldorf School and Veritas School all within a few blocks.
