In addition to our landmark living cave (with daily tours), we offer a zero-entry pool, playground, hiking/biking trails, pickleball, disc-golf, catch-and-release fishing pond, game room, mining sluice, and more.

Neighborhood info

Our cottages sit on the base of the Massanuttin Mountain range in the heart of the Shenandoah Valley. We face west and are fortunate enough to enjoy terrific sunsets. We escort visitors to their cottages and ask that everyone arrives before 9pm. Ideally, it is best to arrive before dark so you can get settled into the mountain. We are 4 miles from the Shenvalee Golf Resort, 27 golf holes of fun... Check out the Virginia wine trail... We're easy access off I-81 in New Market, VA, approx. 20 minutes north of JMU.
