Enjoy our townhouse at Northridge and get discounted tickets to Camelback. Reach out to owner after booking. We are located right behind Camelback Ski Resort, America's largest indoor / outdoor water park Aquatopia and Camelbeach . 3 mins to the ski lift and Snowtubing, Kalahari Water Park 15 minutes away. Enjoy skiing, snow tubing, swimming, hiking, horse back riding and shopping. 15 mins to Mt. Airy Casino. 30 mins to Pocono Int Raceway. Mt Airy Casino and Pocono Golf course is 13 mins away. We are pet friendly with approval and very family friendly. Perfect for families. Has all the work from home & school capabilities. No parties are allowed and renters must be 25 years of age or older. Very Family Oriented Property in a private community. A rental agreement will be sent after booking is complete. Please provide me with an email address and phone number once your booking is complete. Feel free to call or text me. The owner will request guest names and ages along with vehicle license plates of the vehicles so I can register you with the community and obtain pool access. The community has strict parking rules. No parallel parking or blocking any walkways, There is a community pool opened from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Please send an email address at the time of booking.
