The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need to cook a gourmet meal or make vacation worthy drinks (includes a Margaritaville margarita machine!) to sip by the pool. There is seating for 6 at the dining table, as well as seating for 4 at the kitchen island. Master bedroom w/ Queen size bed, and luxurious ensuite bath w/dual sinks, shower and soaker bathtub OUTDOOR LIVING: You will find dining with seating for 6, 4 lounge chairs for soaking up the Arizona sunshine, a gas BBQ, firepit as well as an outdoor bar seating area with additional seating for 6. This is all capped off by a sparkling heated pool and a relaxing view out the back fence of the wash. The back yard is a quiet, private, paradise...perfect for relaxing and enjoying your vacation. Pool heating is optional, not normally heated and time to get up to temperature can vary with the weather (may take up to 24 hours).
