You'll find yourself just steps away from restaurants, cafes, shops, and parks in this modern elevator building, constructed in 2020. The expansive great room boasts a wall of windows that showcases the charming street scene below. A striking stone fireplace with a large flat-screen TV above serves as the focal point of the comfortable contemporary seating area. Adjacent to the living room is a dining area with windows, featuring a round table and chairs. The fully equipped, state-of-the-art galley kitchen includes a granite-topped bar with stools, granite countertops, and custom cabinets. The first bedroom offers a private balcony, a king-sized bed, side tables, and ample storage in a generous chest. It includes an en suite bathroom with a granite-topped vanity and a large tile shower with clear glass doors. The second bedroom has access to its own private balcony overlooking the charming street scene. This room features a queen-sized bed, nightstands, and a spacious closet, creating a cozy atmosphere. There is also a washer/dryer niche in the hall between the two bedrooms. The foyer, located just off the elevator lobby, includes a coat rack. You can park your car in the designated covered space in the garage below and take the elevator to your dream escape! The condo is equipped with central heating and air conditioning and Wi-Fi, and it allows guests to log in to their personal streaming accounts on any of the three TVs. One dog is welcome with your reservation, though additional pet fees apply.
