Cool, spacious, and modern ambiance in an historic mine building renovation. Each of our apartment conversions in this 100+ year old structure has its own distinct personality. 101 is shaded, private, elegant and quiet. It is also larger than the others. Well worth a look...

The town of Clarkdale was a company town largely built in 1912 to service the local copper smelter. The historic downtown area where we are located is largely unchanged in appearance. We are just 5 minutes from Old Town Cottonwood, 4 miles from historic Jerome, and approximately 30 minutes from beautiful Sedona.
