Looking for a centrally located place to stay that is still a relaxing retreat where you can get away from it all? If so you've found the place. This three bedroom home features two inside living areas plus a large outdoor area with seating under a covered patio, gazebo and six person hot tub. You can wander into the yard next door to enjoy the tiki hut, waterfall, and koi pond. 20 minutes to LAX, 30 minutes to Disneyland, 30 minutes to Newport Beach, 10 minutes to downtown Long Beach. You have the entire house and backyard to yourself with three bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, family room, dinning room and living room, and plenty of outdoor seating to relax and chill. Also you have your own private six person hot tub. The property also features over twenty fruit trees including lemons, oranges, peaches, plums, mangos and more. Guests are welcome to enjoy those fruits that are in season. The property also features a small vegetable garden with fresh herbs, blackberries, raspberries and other vegetables. Guest are welcome to enjoy those vegetables that are in season.
I am a university professor and my wife is an event coordinator. We love traveling and meeting people and that is why we decided to buy the house next door to us and rent it out to fellow travelers.
