If you are looking for a home to have any type of gathering that could exceed the maximum occupancy, or the maximum number of vehicles, this is not the home for you. If you are looking to play music outside at anytime or do anything that could disturb a neighbor, this is not the right home for you. Newly renovated, Orangewood is a two-story house with a unique, open floor plan ideal for large parties or families. The home is very spacious, boasting 2,167 sq ft with 5 large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Two bedrooms and 1 bathroom are on the main floor; 3 bedrooms and 2 baths are upstairs. Please note, the 5th bedroom was converted from a den into a bedroom right off the living room with patio access.
