Company info

Our family has recently purchased The Farrell House and Sunnybrook Trout Club as of January 2025. We currently own three local wedding venues and a family campground in the northern Ohio area. We have a long history of owning and managing family businesses that specialize in hospitality. Our parents modelled working hard and treating people the way they'd want to be treated. That's been the key to their life and business success, and we, as their daughters, are committed to doing exactly the same.

Property info

The Farrell House, recently given a fresh renovation Spring 2025, is situated on a gorgeous property, Sunnybrook Trout Club. The meandering Cold Creek that switchbacks throughout the lawns and gardens, along with the many weeping willows that grace the property, is nothing short of magical and fairytale-like. The abundance of wildlife such as bald eagles, blue heron, brilliantly white egrets, trout, muskrats and squirrels add to the natural landscape.

Sandusky, Ohio is an amazing destination for recreation and vacations that has been popular for decades due to its proximity to Lake Erie and it's beautiful islands, and the thrilling amusement park, Cedar Point. Many tourists and travellers find the area perfect for boating, fishing, birding, and island hopping as well.
