Or host a movie in the well-equipped entertainment room, which features a smart TV, Playstation, built-in surround sound, and provided movies and games. The sparkling kitchen is outfitted with a full suite of stainless steel appliances - including a Wolf range, two dishwashers, and a built-in refrigerator. A second fridge in the utility room provides even more storage space. When it’s time to eat, gather at the elegant dining table, complete with incredible ocean views. WHAT’S NEARBY A short walk on the neighborhood trails leads you to the coast. Stop by Cape Lookout State Park for hiking, stunning views, or a beachside picnic. You’ll also find amazing hikes nearby at Munson Creek Falls, Cape Meares, and the Tillamook National Forest. Golfers will enjoy playing the Alderbrook Golf Course (13 miles). THINGS TO KNOW Streaming is available using your own account. This home is not equipped with air-conditioning. Quiet hours are 10pm-8am, 7 days a week. No outside lights or noise during quiet hours. Cell service is not available in the area. You will need to connect to WiFi to use your phone.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
