Enter the private gardens at Fireweed Lane, a two bedroom/one bathroom apartment with a separate entrance and all the amenities you can think of. This historic Anchorage home, built in 1940, is in the heart of Roger's Park, Anchorage's premiere midtown neighborhood. Located minutes from EVERYTHING and has trail/park access in the back yard.
Originally from Denver, Colorado I moved to rural Alaska at age 16. I worked summers for several BnBs and Hotels in Denali National Park, learning the art of hospitality from top to bottom. Two years ago, while working as a professional in Oil and Gas, I began dreaming of building my Vacation Rental empire with uniquely, epic Alaskan adventures focused on outstanding hospitality. I love the outdoors, travel and adventures and these hobbies greatly influence my properties. My favorite thing about choosing to stay in vacation homes while traveling, is the feeling of being apart of the community you are visiting. I have lived in Alaska for nearly 25 years and have enjoyed exploring the State. If you really want to explore Alaska, I can give you all the best tips and advice. Roger's Park is centrally located but feels peaceful and secluded. Approximately 7 min to downtown, 2 min to the grocery store/coffee, 12 min to the airport. Chester Creek park with access to Anchorage's expansive trail system is in the back yard. Rental car is recommended. Anchorage has Lyft, Uber and Taxis. Expansive trail system is steps from the door.
