Edgewater is an gulf front condo with gulf and pool view. There is a nine hole golf course on site, 10 tennis courts, 3 pickle ball courts, shuffle board and basketball. There is a full workout gym. There are six swimming pools, one a lagoon pool and a kids water center. A full restaurant and bar with karaoke and trivia nights. Pool bars and several hot tubs. A Starbuck coffee and convenience store on property. In walking distance to restaurants and beach stores including ice cream, Ax throwing, bowling, escape room, one of the best restaurants on the beach, Cici pizza and a bar/restaurant and many more. Some of the best sunsets you will ever see from your balcony.
