Here are the highlights of what our property has to offer: ★ Private cabin with full bathroom and kitchen. ★ Short drive to the Kenai River. ★ Fish processing and walk-in freezer available for guest use. ★ Shared Outdoor Amenities: Covered pavilion, picnic tables, BBQ grills, fire pits. The Sockeye Salmon Sanctuary is a compact but comfortable cabin, perfect to use as a basecamp for all your Kenai adventures. The main floor is an open concept living, dining, and full kitchen space perfect for kicking back after a long day. When you're ready to retire, enjoy any of the six beds (2 Queen, 4 Twins) in the upstairs loft, or the additional futon in the living room. Lower Kenai Lodge boasts several cabins in a secluded acre, just minutes from the world-famous Kenai River. There are fire pits, BBQ grills, and a covered pavilion available for guest use. We are centrally located between Kenai and Soldotna, close to everything the Kenai Peninsula offers: sightseeing, fishing, or just enjoying the peace and quiet! Guests should pickup drinking water on their way into the cabin. - The property switches from short-term to mid-term from October to April.
