Please note that this is the lower level of a two-story duplex. Both levels can be rented separately or together. The interior staircase connecting the two spaces is only accessible when both units are booked by the same group. Please reach out if you're interested in renting the entire home. Please also note that only three vehicles are permitted on the right side of the driveway, with one car allowed in the garage. Any overflow parking must use a nearby public parking lot of your choosing. No RVs, travel trailers, or oversized vehicles are permitted on the property. As with most homes in Flagstaff, this property is not equipped with central air conditioning. A portable A/C unit and fans are provided for guest comfort. Must be 25 years or older to rent. Booking guest must be staying in the home.
