Hello, my name is Noreen Younge owner of Florida Ridge Villa. We are the proud owners of Florida Ridge Villa. We love to travel to many places for our holidays, but our absolute favorite place to visit is Florida -Walt Disney world and the surrounding areas. It all started 28 years ago while vacationing with our children, we were amazed at the beauty of Florida and the surrounding areas and to see the excitement on our little one faces when meeting Disney princesses, Mickey or Minnie Mouse and any other characters who might be out signing autographs at any of the Theme parks etc.. Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom and this excitement continues year after year on our visit. The opportunity came to purchase our lovely holiday home, which is considered our second home in which we take much pride in. We visit our villa very often with our grandchildren and they are now experiencing the same awesome magical moments as their parents. We are hoping these wonderful experiences will continue with other families that is visiting with us for holidays. An oasis of calm 15 Minutes from Disney, located in Sandy Ridge community. Our holiday home is the perfect place to kick back and relax. Hard to imagine that you are only five minutes’ drive from I-4 and Champions Gate, with its two Greg Norman-designed national/international golf courses. CVS pharmacy, Publix supermarket, Gas station, Papa Johns pizza, Wells Fargo bank and McDonald's are even nearer. Self-catering is a breeze but Chili(at Champions Gate) offers a varied menu and it's always Happy Hour for Mojitos,Margheritas,Bud or whatever else takes your fancy. And the balloon man keeps the kids amused. The layout of the home is sociable, while offering everyone their own space. Perfect for a "gathering of the clan" or two/three families sharing. The fully-equipped laundry room means you can travel light. The games table (billiards/pool, and table tennis) will keep young and old amused (and fit!). The home is maintained to a high standard ensured by our carefully chosen local management company, both inside and out.
