This freshly renovated private residence offers two bedrooms, a fully furnished kitchen and a 2nd floor balcony with plenty of seating. Located in the historic, up and coming Franklin Park neighborhood. Take a lovely 8-minute stroll to the Franklin Park & Conservatory and the new Trolley District coming this July. Less than 1 mile from the Ohio to Erie bike trail, a 326 mile statewide multi-purpose trail. Only 2.4 miles from Downtown and 5.6 miles to OSU.
We are a local couple and very excited to welcome guests to our city! We love traveling every chance we get and have been lucky enough to visit many different countries and experience different cultures. While Joe is a Columbus native, I am originally from the Republic of Georgia and moved to the U.S. with my family in 2009. After getting married and starting a family, we relocated back to Columbus in 2017. While we maintain our love of traveling to new places, we now look forward to making your stay in our city as memorable as possible. We take pride in offering our guests an impeccably clean place to stay, excellent communication, and a high level of service.
Franklin Park neighborhood is conveniently located around the renowned Franklin Park Conservatory & Botanical Gardens. Franklin Park is centrally located, just east of Downtown, near Olde Town East and Bexley. Walking through the surrounding area, you will see historic mansions, many of which are in the midst of being renovated to their former glory. This area is up and coming, with the new Trolley District planning to open in July 2021.
