This is a freshly restored apartment on the edge of Downtown Hartford. It sits in one of the most happening neighborhoods in the city where Frog Hollow and Downtown intersect! This location will let you enjoy the convenience of walking/living/playing in the heart of Downtown without fighting traffic to get there. Or find all you need literally just around the corner. The apartment is walking distance to restaurants, bars, a coffee shop, and an ice cream parlor. Additionally, the State Capitol Building and other government offices are a block away. This listing features off-street parking behind the building, including a personal garage space. There is also usually plenty of street parking. If you don't have a car, several city buses stop a half block away. We are a 15-minute walk to Union Station, where you can catch a train to NYC. Bradley International Airport is 20 minutes away.
