Historic Perry Manor has a luxurious feel and was designed with versatility in mind. Built in 1875, this 4 bedroom 3 bathroom Manor sits on 5+ acres of quite woods. Centrally located to wineries, historic Helen, and a variety of day trips. Great for families/friends gatherings, girls getaways, wine weekends, work/wellness retreats, cycle groups, and reunions. Escape the hustle and bustle of the city while just 80 miles from Atlanta and Greenville. Ample car parking and room for up to 3 campers.
Owners are available electronically and are more than happy to provide local recommendations. If you have an issue, please allow us to fix it so you can relax and enjoy your stay at the Manor!
Located in Baldwin City, you are just minutes away from a quiet main street in Cornelia, 20 minutes to the closest Winery, and 25 minutes from historic Helen. Closest grocery is under 10 minutes and AJ's has great pizza! There's also a children's playground within walking distance of the Manor.
