Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. 2 Spacious bedrooms and 2 squeaky clean bathrooms. Very private unique outdoor space complete with a covered porch, beach sand, fire pit, picnic table and a very fun and funky fenced yard. A short walk or drive to the beach and all that Grayland has to offer. Fully equipped spotless kitchen with new appliances. Dedicated work space with good WIFI, a smart TV and games for the family. Charcoal grill. Back yard backs up to a wilderness area. 231867 This home is a single wide mobile home located in a small mobile home park (12 homes total) with 4 other short term rentals and 5 full time residents. It has a short private driveway that all occupants use to exit and enter. There are deer and cats that roam around freely. The address is 1560 State Route 105 #10 Grayland, WA.
