Property info

Garden Apartment is a unique place with a style all its own. The apartment is the main level unit of a classic South Minneapolis duplex. Traditional woodwork and rows of original windows are accentuated on our corner light-filled grounds overlooking Phelps Park. Easy access to the bus and bike lines make this gorgeous building conveniently located for downtown events, the airport/MOA, the Chain of Lakes, and many more Minneapolis highlights. The open floorplan gives you a great view through the kitchen and living areas and out the four season porch. One bedroom features the traditional Arts & Crafts stye doors that open into the living room and hallway, and the other opens from the hallway, both conveniently located near the restroom. Guests have full access to the entire apartment, front and back yards. Guests also have access to the shared laundry utilities in the basement.

Neighborhood info

This great rental is in Bryant Neighborhood in South Minneapolis, overlooking Phelps Park and within a few miles from Abbott Northwestern, HCMC and the University of Minnesota. It's on the bus line with easy access to downtown, MOA and the MSP airport. It's just a few miles to Lake Nokomis, Lake Harriet, Bde Maka Ska, and Minnehaha Creek.
