If we smell any smoke/marijuana inside the home, there will be an additional fee. -No outdoor fires of any kind -No moving any furniture Any above actions may result in a fines. -Please do not disconnect, reset or interact in any way with internet and security system equipment in walking closet. For lost, not return or broken gate remote control fine Tampering with Security Systems: Tampering with exterior cameras, the alarm system, or house sensors is strictly forbidden and may result in the immediate removal of all guests without reimbursement. Guests will also be charged the actual cost of any necessary repairs or service. No car parking on artificial grass. 2 cars only can be parked on the inside driveway.
