Down the hallway, the primary bedroom features a remote workstation, a large TV, ample storage space, and an en suite bathroom. No one's comfort will go unattended to, as each of the rooms is cooled by central air-conditioning and adorned with soft linens. A private washer/dryer ties together the interior amenities. Outside, enjoy Arizona's radiant weather from the invigorating water of the private pool. Pair your pool dips with a soak in the hot tub. Close to your stay, enjoy visiting Verrado Golf Club, Sundance Park, Estrella Mountain Regional Park, Desert Sky Mall, and multiple delicious dining options. House Rules Check-in time: 4:00 PM. Check-out time: 10:00 AM. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. THINGS TO KNOW. Pool and Spa heating can be purchased for an extra fee per day. Pricing can vary, depending on the size of the pool and spa, it can take up to 48 hours to heat. Please reach out prior to arrival if you are interested in adding this amenity.
