This super cute 3-bedroom 3 bath beach home, located in the desirable "Heart of Avon" is just a short walk to the beach and close to restaurants, shopping, kayaking, the Avon Pier, Food Lion, The Haulover and the Cape Hatteras Lighthouse! Light, bright, open and airy. Inside you will find lots of spaces to relax and entertain including a very comfy sectional, separate loft area, fully stocked kitchen, decks with beautiful new Trex, ground level cook out area with picnic table and room for your group to be in the shade after a great beach day! Outside you will find a yard and plenty of deck space with impeccable views and an outside shower that has a dressing area to ease the trips back from the beach. Let "Goodnight Moon" be your next Avon beach get away! No pets allowed. No smoking / vaping.
